Using of PAS technology makes possible to forecast the effect of medicinal agents (treatment agents) on patient’s condition. And to make a Database containing effect data (deformation vectors) for treatment agents.
Residual diagnosis
Method for estimation complex treatment agents effect on patient
Method of residual diagnosis based on sequential evaluation of treatment agents and selecting the most effective one.
After that calculating difference between deformation vector of diagnosis and deformation vector of selected component, resulting into residual diagnosis
Then the method continues until the sum of residual deformations is lower than required.
Consequently receiving following parameters:
- Needed amount of component in proportion of the sample.
- Effectiveness of action – value of decreasing of deformations of diagnosis given in percents
- Indications - sum of compensated deformations of diagnosis given in percents.
- Contraindications – sum of increased deformations of diagnosis caused by this component, given in percents.
- Also several others parameters – power of component, aptitude (correlating with diagnosis).

Method of estimation of action medicinal component based on convolution of action vector of sample with test deformation vector of diagnosis.
